I pressed this set of handmade classroom Valentines with my Pocket Press using two letterpress plates. These were handmade, by me- and they do show some evidence of being handmade.
Each set includes 4 of my original Valentine designs. Even the puns are my own. These are intended to be passed out in class so there are no envelopes. The back is blank.
Thank you for considering my handmade classroom Valentines. It dawned on me that children’s Valentines have become a way for big corporations to sell children advertisements that are then distributed as cards. It felt very important to offer a handmade children’s Valentine card option made by a person, made for fun, and not for advertisement.
